a gem of a stay!
convenient location attentive staff perfect cleanliness comfortable atmosphere
I adored this hotel! the location was super convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants (i was never bored). the staff were attentive, promptly addressing any needs i had. i found the cleanliness perfect. Everything was super clean and well kept.
the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the hotel, it was sometimes a little inconvenient.

the staff demonstrated really good hospitality with very quick responses to requests. their helpful and friendly demeanor. the reception offered efficient check-in and check-out procedures.

breakfast included a varied buffet with pancakes and pastries (and they were really delicious!). the restaurant offered a range of local and international dishes. the dining area was clean and well-kept.

air conditioning fresh fruit room safe
my room has air conditioning, this feature was really important. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit. a safe was available in my superior double room.

A lovely stay
attentive staff friendly waiter available assistance good room service
I think the staff was really attentive. Rachid at the restaurant seems friendly. Receptionists were always available for assistance. I also appreciate the room service.
The room lacked a full-length mirror, so it was a challenge to get ready for dinner. It would be nice to have that one extra thing.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to several international shopping centers. Transportation is also easy, with taxis to the Medina souks readily available, usually costing around 30 dhm.

Breakfast offered variety. There were many meals available and the chef prepares a lovely breakfast bowl with chia seeds. It was always hot and a delight to enjoy each morning.

The check-in process was smooth. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The room had a nice balcony (i enjoyed my coffee there).
The street outside was noisy at times. The bed was too firm for my liking. The swimming pool did not receive much sun.

my room, a beautiful double room, included an nespresso machine. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
